We are also walking distance to the local HEB and Target. The people were all friendly, the grounds are clean and pretty, the apartments are nice and it is a safe area close to everything. Before coming to Brook View, I lived in 4 bedroom house, big yard going into the woods, on a dead end street. I visited many places like Brook View, however, the other communities just didn't measure up to Brook View.

The main issue we had was that my fiancé and I lived in a two-bedroom with a roommate, and my fiancé and I decided we wanted to get our own place, since we were planning to be getting married soon.
